02.04.10 - DEMO will once again be partnering with the Walker Art Center to offer two programs in the month of February. First, come join us for a full day of interactive design/architecture fun as DEMO takes over the Walker's Free First Saturday on February 6th!
Then, stop by again on the evening of Feb. 18th for Target Free Thursday Night, where you'll have the chance to design, build, and test structures that rely on the power of wind just to stand up!
11.19.09 - Check out the DEMO or Walker Art Center blogs for a recap of the succesful SketchUp workshop we taught on November 14th.
10.15.09 - DEMO is partnering with Minneapolis' Walker Art Center to offer MyNet: Google SketchUp, a design skill-building workshop for children (ages 10-14) and their parents/caregivers.
Students will learn basic architectural concepts through both the physical and digital modeling of individual and group "hang-outs." The class will be held on Saturday, November 14th from 10:00am-5:00pm at Rapson Hall on the East Bank of the University of Minnesota campus.
